Shipping
The delivery is only within Germany, below mentioned countries and Switzerland, Norway. Our service partners are DHL, DPD, UPS (parcel) and Deutsche Post (letter). The dispatch takes place in each case immediately after receipt of payment, if at the time of order the availability "immediately" with the article was deposited. On any deviating delivery times, we refer to the respective product pages.
Costs
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
Germany:
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge for shipping within Germany shipping costs of 5.90 EUR under 100 EUR value of goods. From a value of 100 EUR, we deliver free shipping within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page. Further taxes or costs do not apply - with the exception of bulky goods (surfboards, large board bags), for which we charge EUR 49.95 per order.
EU-Countries:
Austria: up to 149,99 EUR value of goods 7,90 EUR shipping costs, from 150 EUR free shipping - with the exception of bulky goods (surfboards, large board bags), for which we charge EUR 99.95 per order.
Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: up to 149,99 EUR value of goods 9,90 EUR shipping costs, from 150 EUR free shipping - with the exception of bulky goods (surfboards, large board bags), for which we charge EUR 99.95 per order.
Denmark, Portugal, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Spain, Slovak Republic, Poland, Hungary, Greece, Finland: up to 149,99 EUR value of goods 12,90 EUR shipping costs, from 150 EUR free of charge - with the exception of bulky goods (surfboards, large board bags), for which we charge EUR 99.95 per order.
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus, Iceland, Ireland, Romania, Bulgaria: up to 149,99 EUR value 19,90 EUR shipping costs, from 150 EUR free shipping - with the exception of bulky goods (surfboards, large board bags), for which we charge EUR 199.95 per order.
Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway:
For deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway there´s no german VAT. From 50 EUR net value of goods however customs duties exclude local VAT are charged by the responsible parcel service (Swiss Post or others) on behalf. The shipping costs are 14.90 EUR net up to a net value of 149.99 EUR net, above that value we deliver free of charge to above mentioned countries (only for goods that could be delivered as parcel) - with the exception of bulky goods (surfboards, large board bags), for which we charge EUR 199.95 per order.
