When youare jumping, your board needs to touch down, deflect, and get back toward flight withoutsticking or sinking. That skipping stone release is the core of the Vortex feel.A compact outline reduces swing weight so rotations come around faster and the board feelseasy to move inthe air. Volume is packed into a short platform to keep starts and resetsmanageable and doesn’t feel overly dedicated to purely jumping.Underneath, the bottom and tail are tuned for instant water separation. Land, release, rebound, and accelerate back to foil.
